Are you tired of the recklessness and tyranny coming from our State Capitol? Do you want to see freedom and liberty restored to Oregon? So do we. Join us in the fight to restore Oregon and sign up to volunteer for the Linn County Republican Party!
Below are a few of the Party's immediate needs for volunteers.
OFFICE STAFFING
The office location in downtown Albany is in Two Rivers Market. Volunteers would staff the office, sell merchandise, speak to community members and assist with voter registration, verification, and updates. Staff would provide information about candidates, ballot measures, and upcoming events in the county.
Our office location is be the hub of the Republican Party activity in Linn County.
Right now we are focused on the Saturday Market from 9:00AM to 1:00PM but are open to increasing the schedule of shifts as volunteers become available, and open the office to the public more frequently. Take a look at https://albanydowntown.com/events/ for additional downtown events that would be good days to open up. Reach out if you are interested in taking the lead on any select date or time.
Staffing will be a minimum of two volunteers at a time, shifts can be flexible and it would be great to also have on-call volunteers in the event of scheduling changes.
Saturdays are are first target for staffing:
Saturday Morning 10:00AM - 1:00PM
We would prefer two people per shift, more the merrier.
We have created a sign up system that will help us coordinate volunteers.
EVENTS
The summer of 2023 we have multiple events you can participate in or help with set-up and staffing of the event booths and activities.
BALLOT MEASURE SIGNATURES
We would like to have volunteers to help collect signatures for potential ballot measures, on School Choice and Constitutional Carry. If these are issues you are passionate about you can help us at events or even door to door signature gathering.
BELOW ARE SIGN UP SLOTS BY EVENT
The Farmers Market in Downtown Albany proved to be a excellent opportunity to reach the public and it runs from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM just a block from our downtown office. Sign up to set up a table, collect ballot measure signatures, promote our online merch store, and engage with voters, encouraging them to register Republican leading up to next years primary.
